Vinification: Direct pressing and settling, vinification is carried out in thermo regulated vats.

Aging: Batonnage on lees for 1 month, racking, tartaric stabilization of cold wine.

Tasting Note

Bright nose distinguished by notes of exotic fruits, citrus, white fruits and floral notes. On the palate, it has a rich and velvety texture, a very well-balanced wine.
