Vinification: Maceration from 25 to 30 days fermentation between 25° and 30°

Aging: Partly aged in stainless steel and partly in French oak barrels for 3-6 months.

Tasting Note

A fragrant and perfumed nose where notes of blackberries, black cherries, blueberries and crushed rose petals emerge. On the palate it’s fluid with fine tannins. A pure, harmonious, sensual red wine.
