A historic terroir with exceptional wines
Château Beaulieu is located in an exceptional terroir in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards. Nestled in the heart of nature on valleys of the “Côtes de Bourg” appellation, Château Beaulieu history can be traced back to the 18th century, the castle offers a splendid view over 17 ha of vines cultivated with passion and a know-how that guarantee exceptional wines.
A century-old heritage
The history of Château Beaulieu dates back to the end of the 18th century, when the notary of Samonac, Pierre Robert, erected a Bordeaux charterhouse in the heart of his wine estate.
A rich terroir
The wines of Château Beaulieu draw their characters from a rich and unique terroir. The vineyard is planted on clay-limestone slopes with varied exposures, hence the presence of numerous microclimates influencing the character of our wines.
A shared passion: "Our love for wine"
The monitoring of the plots, the harvest, the vinification and the aging are at the heart of our know-how. The quality of our wines is based on the richness of a past and a tradition deeply rooted in the Bordeaux region's history.
